AUCTION TERMS
Spring 2001 Mail Bid Auction (#12)
Closing on Friday, May 18, 2001
Bidding:
1. All bids must be made in whole American Dollars. Valid Bids must be written on the online Bid Form shown below, or the printer-friendly Bid Sheet, and submitted to the Tucson (AZ) office of Stock Search International Inc. before 12:00 P.M. (Mountain Standard Time) on May 18, 2001.
2. No bids below the minimum bidding prices will be accepted.
3. No "buy" or unlimited bids will be accepted.
4. Bidding increments are as follows:

5. A "high bid" will be reduced to the nearest increment above the corresponding second highest bid.
6. High bids will be quoted over the phone until 5:00 pm (MST) on May 17 and 18, 2001 and Valid Bids can be raised by e-mail/fax/phone at that time. No new bids will be accepted after 12:00 pm (MST) on the last day of the auction.
7. Please use the online Bid Form shown below, or the printer-friendly Bid Sheet, to place your bids. Please note that failure to sign the printed agreement nullifies all bids. If bidding through our website, reception of your electronic bids will automatically indicate that you agree with the Auction terms.
Payment:
1. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the "hammer" price of each lot purchased.
2. All successful bidders will be billed a shipping and handling fee as follows:
- $5.00 (Priority Mail) for value of less than $250.00 (including premium).
- $12.50 (registered mail & insured) for value of more than $250.00 (including premium) and any international order including Canada.
3. All accounts are payable in full within 30 days of invoicing. Collectibles will be offered to the second highest bidder if not paid within that month. Title does not pass until payment is received.
4. Payment can be made by check, VISA or MasterCard.
5. Arizona residents are subject to a 5% sales tax.
Guarantee:
All certificates are warranted to be originals. Any lot purchased which does not correspond to the catalog description and/or illustration may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund.
